The Annual General Meeting 2022 appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers AG (Robert-Zünd-Strasse 2, CH-6005 Luzern, Switzerland) as LynxCap Investments AG’s independent auditor until the end of the Annual General Meeting 2023. Nebojsa Baratovic, born 1982, is the auditor in charge. Nebojsa Baratovic is a certified public accountant and a registered Swiss audit expert.
