Our investment mandate ranges from outright purchases of overdue receivables to structuring complex synthetic transactions. We also acquire equity interest in spin-off entities from banks and other financial institutions. Our key competence is pricing risk in NPL space of any level of complexity.

We collaborate with banks, leasing companies and other financial institutions to help them offload non-core assets and reduce capital pressure from provisioning imposed by various regulatory authorities. This requires a very structured approach, as dealing with debtors imposes certain obligations from fair treatment perspective and involves reputational risks for the selling entity. The collection or recovery process can be very sensitive topic for vendors, as it is for us. We, therefore, only engage trusted partners with exceptional reputation.

Our target investment size is up to 30 MEUR per investment. For the deals of a larger size we seek to invest alongside with other institutions forming a larger consortium.
